I have wide-ranging litigation experience in various areas of the law including shareholder disputes, employment matters (both for employee and employer), franchise disputes, banking, estate matters, commercial lease issues, professional negligence, first nation treaty interpretation and class actions. Real Estate (Residential) Our offices efficiently represent purchasers and vendors in residential real estate transactions. We also regularly act on re-financings. Wills and Estates Dying intestate (without a will) is financially unwise and a misery for your survivors. Your will makes your wishes clear and enforceable. Through the use of a well-drafted will, your affairs are wound up efficiently and on a timely basis. We prepare wills and we assist executors in administering estates in a cost-effective and timely matter.
